Fantastic engagement ring

This ring was bought by my son as an engagement ring. He did a lot of research and shopping and could not find a ring of this quality of setting and diamond for even twice the price. So he ordered it and when it came we were all amazed at how beautiful it is. The diamond shines with fire and sparkles unlike most any diamond I have seen. The setting is of top quality and has prongs that holds the stone very securely. The ring did not come in the size needed so he took it down to the local jeweler and got it sized for less than $50. How is it that Amazon touts to offer high quality diamonds yet there is the declaration that the diamonds may be treated to enhance their quality?? That means that the stones could be treated to a myriad of methods to dupe you the buyer into buying a stone that is actually worth little for value and may lose sparkle chip or have a filling fall out when cleaning the diamond(s). I2 clarity is getting to the bottom of the barrel in clarity ratings and to top the price of the stone advertised it really is starting to stink for a good buy. Buyer beware.
